Designed to serve both Greene County residents and surrounding communities, this prime location sits on Highway 11E and features a daily traffic count of 30,170 and a population reach of 50,000 within a 10-mile radius. Anchored by the 8-screen AMC Towne Crossing Theatre, Gateway Ford dealership, Aubrey’s Restaurant and Eastman Credit Union,  this development presents a strong opportunity for restaurants, retail, and office spaces.

AMC Theatres Towne Crossing 8

This 32,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art theater features stadium seating and eight screens. Developed and constructed by Bewley Properties, Inc., it opened in February 2006 to a strong public response. Initially operated by Phoenix Theatres of Knoxville, the venue remains a key attraction in the Towne Crossing Development.
